Guiding Philosophy
Avir Corporation traces four decades of success to adherence to its guiding investment philosophy. The Company invests in existing industrial and suburban office properties which it typically redevelops or expands to generate high, risk-adjusted, rates of return. The focus is on small to medium sized projects purchased at initial yields 100-300 basis points in excess of larger, comparable assets.
