Thirty Plus Years of Combined Experience in Commercial Real Estate Richard F. Smith Jr., the founder of Avir Realty Group Inc. of Pennsylvania, has over 28 years of experience in the Northern American marketplace serving multi-market corporate clients.
Mr. Smith was a top suburban broker for 17 years before forming Avir Realty Group Inc. of Pennsylvania. In 1994 his hard work saw him promoted to Vice President of Jackson-Cross Company. Mr. Smith has achieved numerous recognitions, including “Broker of the Year” per Liberty Property trust.
Eric Gorman., president of Avir Realty Group Inc. of Pennsylvania, holds over 25 years of experience working with institutional real estate owners and private real estate consulting and development companies.
